认股期限——
       认股期限是指认股权证的有效期。在有效期内,认股权证的持有人可以随时认购股份;超过有效期,认股权自动失效。认股期限的长短因不同国家、不同地区以及不同市场而差异很大,主要根据投资者和股票发行公司的要求而定。一般来说,认股期限多为3-10年。认股期限越长,其认股价格就越高。
