【非独立保证】国际融资担保的一种形式，通常指在子公司或政府的下属机构作为借款人时，由母公司或政府作为保证人提供的保证。由于借款人与保证人存在着共同的利益关系，所以称为非独立保证。在非独立保证的情况下，借贷双方如在经协商后对原借款合同的主要内容进行修改(如增加贷软颇、贷款延期或提前还教、贷款人变更等)，保证人一般均能同意，而不会以此作为解除保证贵任的理由。
