| 癫狂 insaneness 因神志失常而出现的病证。癫与狂在临床表现上有所不同 ，癫表现为沉默痴呆 、精神抑郁、哭笑无常、静而少动；狂表现为精神亢奋、躁动不宁、打骂喧扰、动而多怒。癫与狂可以互相转化。多由人体素虚、秉赋不足、阴阳偏盛，加之恼怒惊恐、思虑不遂，以致肝郁气结，脾虚生痰，或肝肾阴虚、心火独亢，心神被扰而引起。临床常见证型有：①痰郁气结型癫狂。证见静卧痴呆，语无伦次，不思饮食，苔腻脉弦。治宜解郁化痰，方用顺气导痰汤加减。②心脾两虚型癫狂。证见神志恍惚，惊悸不安，善悲纳呆，舌淡脉细。治宜健脾养心，方用归脾汤加味。③痰火上扰型癫狂。证见急躁易怒，头痛失眠，面红目赤，舌红苔腻，脉弦滑数。治宜镇心涤痰，方用生铁落饮为主。④火盛伤阴型癫狂。证见癫狂日久 ，神倦疲怠 ，烦躁易惊，舌红脉数。治宜滋阴降火，方用二阴煎加减。⑤瘀血内阻型癫狂。证见神志失常，惊惕不安，喜怒无常，舌紫暗有瘀斑，脉沉细涩。治宜活血化瘀，方用血府逐瘀汤加减。除药物治疗外，加强护理工作，调摄神志等对癫狂都是十分重要的。癫狂证初期多为实证，如反复发作，缠绵不愈，耗伤气血阴阳，治疗当补虚扶正为主。 |
