To regulate histology examination for international students as well as improve the reliability and differentiation degree of the exam so as to upgrade the level of teaching histology,we studied the correlation between histology multimedia-based sample test and theory examination for international students.

Methods: 2 790 nurses in 66 hospitals were selected to attend thebasic theory examination and 330 attend the clinical operation examination.

In the light of the problems existing in the current examination of university,this paper points out that under the new conditions of the school running,the university should adopt some improving measures of strengthening the examination management,executing the examination discipline strictly,promoting the construction of the study style,and guaranteeing the teaching quality,etc.

By analysing the relation between examination and quality education, this essay explains the importance of reforming examination management in institutions of higher learning and gives some views on it.
