下丘脑-垂体-性腺负反馈


  垂体前叶在下丘脑释放(简称释放激素)或抑制激素(或因子)的调节下分泌相应促激素,对性腺则是促性腺激素,对性腺起刺激作用,引起性腺体增生肥大、性激素分泌增多,激素又起反作用于下丘脑及腺脑垂体,对其相应的释放激素及促激素起抑制或兴奋作用称为反馈作用,引起抑制作用者为负反馈作用,起兴奋作用者为正反馈(反馈学说)。在生理状态下,释放激素及促激素的刺激作用如性激素的反作用处于相对平衡状态,形成下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴。
