Secondly, the author generalized how the Confucius dialogue teaching came true, and its basic features, also the whole series of the Confucius "People-based" dialogic teaching ideal and thoughts.

In order to reconstruct the dialogic teaching,teachers should builde an equal relationship,conduct sincere cooperation,share the experience of study in interaction between teachers and students,and enhance the ability of creation of students.
