在这个经济全球化、政治多元化、文化多样化的时代里,大学生成为当今时尚一族,但由于年龄、智力、阅历的限制,他们在选择时往往是盲目的,所以大学生追求时尚的行为特别需要科学的理性的时尚观的引导,这对高校公共理论课教师的个体素质必定会提出更高更严的要求,笔者认为,公共理论课教师除了要满足一般条件下教师应具备的良好的职业道德、熟练的专业技能外,还应是一支高素质的具有时尚感的思想政治教育队伍。
