| 桑戈尔(1906～ ) Senghor，Léopold Sédar 塞内加尔政治家，诗人。1906年10月9日生于富裕的塞雷尔人家庭。1928～1935年就读于法国巴黎大学。后获得语言和文学硕士学位，留法任教。他提出“黑人传统精神”学说，认为黑人具有丰富的文化传统，驳斥白人优越论。1945年参加法国社会党。第二次世界大战爆发后应征入伍，被捕获释后投入反法西斯运动。大战结束后，他创作了许多充满民族自豪感的诗歌，1963年荣获国际诗歌大奖。桑戈尔自1945年进入法国制宪议会起到1959年，先后在法国议会及政府中任职。1948年他建立塞内加尔民主集团，反对法国同化政策，要求地方自治和平等权利。1960年塞内加尔共和国独立以后，他连任总统20年，致力于稳定政局和发展经济，主张继续保持与法国的密切关系。1976年他宣布实施非洲的民主社会主义，领导塞内加尔社会党加入社会党国际。他被选为社会党国际副主席。 桑戈尔于1980年引退。1981年当选为非洲社会党国际主席。1982年12月任塞内加尔社会党名誉主席。1983年6月2日当选为法兰西学院院士。著有《阴影之歌》、《非洲的社会主义道路》等诗集和论文。 |
