【金触制度微观效益指标1一般来说，一种金融制度所追求的目标不外两个方面:一方面它应向社会提供各种金融工具，不仅要求其能满足储蓄者与投资者的各种不同需要，而且还能保证社会生产与交易的正常进行;另一方面，它向社会提供的货币和资金，在数量上既不能过少，使经济出现衰退，也不能过量，致使经济出现通货膨胀。因此，人们一般把金融制度追求的目标划分为两大类:微观经济效益目标与宏观经济效益目标，用这两大目标达到的程度来衡量一个金融制度健全的程度。微观经济效益目标完成程度的主要指标有:金融机构向社会提供的各种金融工具是否能满足社会上储蓄者、投资者及消费者的各种不同的需要;它们提供的各种金融工具的价格是否合理，是否具有“公平”竞争的机会;它们提供的金融工具对储蓄者及投资者能否提供合理的盈利，风险及选择性有多大;整个金融制度是否具有创新的能力等。，
