仲裁规则与程序仲裁庭从受理审议到审理并作出仲裁裁决等全部仲裁活动所遵循的程序和规则。根据各种仲裁法规和惯例，争议案双方可以在仲裁协议中规定所适用的仲裁规则和程序。常设仲裁机构通常都有自己的仲裁规则和程序。仲裁程序的主要内容大致包括:①提出仲裁申请。这是仲裁程序开始的首要手续，申请书的内容各国的法律规定并不一致，大体包括申诉少、和被诉少、的名称和地址、申诉人的要求、所根据的事实与证据，提交申请书时应附具有关证件，如合同、仲裁协议等。②指定仲裁员和组织仲裁庭。申请人于提交申请书的同时，指定仲裁员，被诉人也应选出一名仲裁员，并根据规定再指定一人为首席仲裁员共同审理争议案。③仲裁审理。其中包括开庭审理、调解、搜集证据和调查证人、以及采取保全措施等步骤。④作出仲裁裁决。裁决是仲裁程序的最后一个环节，必须以书面形式作出。裁决是终局的，双方当事人都不可以向法院起诉要求变更。
