性质:由组分A和B组成的二元系统,在某一组成下组分A的挥发度比组分B的挥发度大;随着组分A和B的相对量发生变化,到某一组成以后组分A的挥发度就小于组分B的挥发度了。挥发度大小的次序发生倒转时的混合物叫共沸混合物,其组成叫共沸组成。在共沸组成下汽液相的组成是相同的。这共沸液体可由一相或两个不完全互溶的相组成。当由一个液相组成时称为均相共沸物,由两液相组成时称为非均相共沸物。共沸物的存在常常阻碍用普通精馏塔将二元混合物分离成纯组分。
