中国明代篆刻家。原名汪东阳，字杲叔，后得汉铜印"汪关印"，更名汪关，字尹子。安徽歙县人，生卒年不详，约活动于万历、崇祯(1573～1644)年间。寄居江苏娄东，与程嘉燧、李流芳交往甚密，其居室称宝印斋,清陈浩曾经把他所刻印摹集为《宝印斋印式》4卷。
汪关篆刻以汉印为法，善用冲刀，刀法工整稳实，布局匀称圆活，有时寓方于圆，灵秀婉畅，深得汉印的神髓。他的印章风格恬静华贵，有书卷气息。他还能刻玉印和铜印，但传世作品不多。汪关因家居娄东（今江苏省娄东县），篆刻有娄东派的称号。清初沈世和、林皋的篆刻深受他的影响。
