性质:在气缸内作往复运动、与气缸构成压缩容积的部件。其形状与气缸存在着相辅相成的关系,气缸形式一旦确定,活塞也随之而定。相应于气缸形式活塞可分为单作用式、双作用式和级差式活塞等。就活塞本身而盲,可分为两大类:(1)承受侧向力的活塞,其通过活塞销直接与连杆相连结,如筒形活塞;(2)不承受侧向力的活塞,其经过活塞杆与十字头才与连杆相接,侧向力由十字头承受,如盘形活塞、级差式活塞等。对活塞要求:密封性良好,有足够的强度和刚度,活塞与活塞杆(或活塞销)的连接和定位要可靠,重量轻,在两列以上的压缩机中,应根据惯性力平衡的要求配置各列活塞的重量,制造工艺性好。
