性质:又称液膜蒸发器,主要由竖式列管蒸发器构成。料液预热至沸点左右,自管顶或底部进入,蒸气带动料液自上而下(降膜式蒸发器falling film evaporator)或自下而上(升膜式蒸发器climbing film evaporator)或上下同时(升降膜式蒸发器climbing-falling film evaporator)成膜流动。液面达管长1/4~1/5。料液只通过加热管一次而不作循环。特点是成本低,料液停留时间短(仅数秒)、效率高;但器身长,不利于清洗和更换。适用于蒸发热敏性大和易起泡的溶液。
