In this dissertation, sol-gel method and electrospinning technique were used to preparation of PVP/Zn(CH_3COO)_2 and PVP/[Zn(CH_3COO)_2+RE(NO_3)_3] (RE=Sm,Eu,Tb and Yb/Er) compo.
本文采用溶胶-凝胶法和静电纺丝技术成功地制备出PVP/Zn(CH_3COO)_2和PVP/[Zn(CH_3COO)_2+RE(NO_3)_3](RE=Sm,Eu,Tb,Yb/Er)复合纤维,经过高温焙烧获得了晶态单相的ZnO纳米纤维、ZnO:Sm~(3+)纳米纤维、ZnO:Eu~(3+)纳米纤维、ZnO:Tb~(3+)纳米纤维和ZnO:Yb~(3+)/Er~(3+)纳米纤维。
