性质:简称ATP酶。是催化ATP合成的一种酶。研究较多的有:细菌膜、线粒体或叶绿体结合的ATP酶,红细胞膜ATP酶以及动物细胞的钠汞和钙泵ATP酶。细菌膜结合的ATP酶分子量约为240000~390000。在主动转运中还能催化ATP水解并释放能量,细菌中的ATP酶还能与转氢作用。红细胞膜结合的ATP酶在Na+、K+或Ca2+、Mg2+激活下还参与Ca2+和Na+的主动转运。
