性质:又称细胞空壳,形骸细胞,血影细胞。(1)完全或部分缺乏细胞浆内成分的血红细胞:将血红细胞浸入双蒸水中,增加渗透压,细胞浆内物质释出制得。(2)完全或部分失去其DNA的T-噬菌体。噬菌体经渗透冲击后,用脱氧核糖核苷酸酶消化已破裂的噬菌体DNA制得。(3)失去所有胞内物质的原生质球状体。革兰氏阴性菌在青霉素中生长或用溶菌酶消化革兰氏阳性菌的细胞壁制得。
