A survey for persons with Fasciolopsis buski was carried in Huangshi city by Kato-Katz s thick smear.
超声粉碎制备姜片吸虫成虫冷浸抗原,以1:3500工作浓度包被酶标板;采用Kato—Katz氏定透法普查姜片吸虫病,对虫卵阳性者用ELISA法测定血清抗体,同时测定健康居民的血清和其他吸虫病患者血清,以评价ELISA法检测姜片虫病血清抗体的敏感性、特异性和交叉反应性。

| 姜片虫病 fasciolopsiasis 由布氏姜片吸虫寄生人体小肠引起的寄生虫病。因虫体扁平呈肉红色，似姜片而得名。中间宿主为扁卷螺，尾蚴在菱角、茭白、藕、荸荠等水生植物上形成囊蚴，人们在生吃这些植物时受感染。虫体寄生在小肠上部，可引起局部肠壁发炎、甚至溃疡，患者有恶心、呕吐、上腹痛、腹泻等症状，儿童可引起营养不良。粪便中找到虫卵即可确诊。吡喹酮或硫双二氯酚治疗有效。 |
