低血磷性抗维生素D佝偻病

又称“家族性低磷血症”。由于原发性肾小管上皮细胞刷状缘及肠道对磷的转运障碍，致尿磷增加、血磷降低，引起佝偻病。X连锁显性遗传，多数有家族性，少数为散发。常在周岁后出现佝偻病症候，2～3岁后仍有活动性佝偻病表现。对常规治疗剂量维生素D无反应，若用大剂量维生素D或1，25-(OH）2D3和磷酸盐联合治疗可有改善。应定期测尿内钙和肌酸酐(mg/24h），尿钙/肌酸酐的正常值为0.15～0.3。调节药物剂量，以预防血钙过高。
