Pot experiments(root rag method) were carried out to investigate the influence of Zn stress on plant growth,antioxidation enzyme activity,proline content,root system vigor,and Zn accumulation in ryegrass(Loliurn perenne L.

A pot experiment with the root rag method was carried out with 4 varieties of ryegrass to investigate the influence of Zn stress(Zn~(2+) at 2,4,8 and 16 mmol/kg soil) on plant growth,antioxidation enzyme activity,proline content,root tolerance index and Zn accumulation.

According to the existed weakness of stream tube divided by handwork in the widely applied river 2D water quality model of accumulative flow rate,the principle of stream tube divided by computer is put forward and the detailed divided steps,methods and an applied case of stream tube divided by computer are given in this article.

In view of these issues, this paper suggests that genetic algorithm can be applied for well pattern and well number optimizations in order to get maximum cumulative production and best economic benefits.

Based on the characteristics of the cumulative production, and the research of previous models for production forecast, a new model for the prediction of the production rate, cumulative production rate and recoverable reserves of oil and gas fields is developed.

Based on statistical development data of large oil and gas fields, a simple model for predicting production, cumulative production, and recoverable reserves is developed.
