[Objective] In order to explore the clinical efficacy and mechanism of strengthening the spleen and kidney or resolving phlegm ,as well as acupuncture treatment to obesity patients with PCOS ,and to investigate the important role of hyperandrogenism in the pathogenesis of obese patients with PCOS , with the guidance of my instructor Professor Tao and other teachers, we have embarked on this study.
【研究目的】 为了探讨健脾补肾化痰法以及针灸治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床疗效及其疗效机制,尤其是对高雄激素血症的影响,并旨在探讨肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者与高雄激素血症、胰岛素抵抗之间的关系,以及SHBG在肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者中的重要作用。

方名。出明·岳甫嘉《妙一斋医学正印种子编·上卷·男科》。功效：补肾强精，健脾养血，延年种子。主治：男子肾阳亏虚，脾气不足，精血俱损所致婚久不育，阴器无力，中道痿，精清精少，阳具早衰者。药物组成：白茯苓3钱，甘枸杞子1两，怀生地 (酒洗)2钱，麦门冬(去心)2钱，人参2钱，陈皮3钱，白术(土焙)3钱。用法：河水2碗煎8分，空腹或饥时任服，渣再煎服。
