概 述
鲁日利公司生产的241式手榴弹爆炸时发出短时间的致盲闪光，并伴有不致聋的响声。致盲效果可维持2min左右，使暴徒暂时失去反抗能力。
结构特点
241式致盲手榴弹弹体用塑料制造，内装闪光剂，弹底装有1个火帽，其作用是使弹体破裂，限制弹内压力，以免爆炸时飞出破片伤人。
该手榴弹采用压力启动式引信，使用时先取下用卡销固定的塑料保护帽，露出一个塞子。拔出固定塞子的安全销，用力将塞子压入弹体便可将引信引发。
手榴弹的引信延期时间较短，手榴弹离手后，投掷者应立即转身或用于臂挡住眼睛。
