性质:溶绿色粉状,不溶于水和一般溶剂。在浓硫酸中为橄榄绿色,稀释后呈绿色沉淀。颜色鲜艳,着色力高,耐晒及耐热性能好,属于氯代铜酞菁不褪色颜料。

制备方法:以铜酞菁(粗制酞菁蓝)为原料,与三氯化铝、氯化钠及氯化亚铜共熔,于180-230℃,通氯气进行氯化。再用水稀释、酸煮,而后用溶剂(邻二氯苯)吸附,蒸馏脱除溶剂,再经过滤、干燥、粉碎而制得产品。产品要求外观为深绿色粉末,色光与标准品近似,着色力为标准品100±5(分),水分含量≤2%,水溶性盐含量≤1.5%,吸油量40±5%,耐晒性8级,耐热性200℃,耐酸性及耐碱性均为1级,水渗性、油渗性、乙醇渗透性及石蜡渗透性均为1级,细度(通过100目筛余物含量)≤5%。(kg/t)苯酐 50尿素 810钼酸铵 7氯化亚铜 185三氯化苯 200液氯 190盐酸(31%) 615烧碱(100%) 1800氯化苯 180精盐 490松香 32乳化剂 EL 4
