性质:金属组分除铂外还含有第二种金属的重整催化剂。白色,圆柱状固体。堆积密度0.79-0.85g/cm3。单铂催化剂在运转过程中的高温凝聚和再生或还原过程中氧和水分的影响,铂晶粒长大,外露的铂原子减少而活性下降,加入第二种金属即可阻止铂晶粒长大,改善其稳定性,也可提高其容许积炭量。所用的第二种金属为铼、锡,其次是钯、铱。这种催化剂可在低压、低氢油比条件下进行重整操作,有利于芳构化反应,不足之处是第二种金属都具有加氢裂化活性,故氢纯度和液相收率都比单铂催化剂低。
