本文报道一种用飞秒差异吸收光谱装置探测光合作用光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)颗粒复合物电子传递、电荷分离、能量传递技术,装置的时间分辨率小于120fs,光谱调谐范围为720~860nm,采用低温双探头Boxcar平均处理器进行信息采集处理,测得了PSⅡ颗粒复合物3。
