ObjectivesTo investigate the role of Akt/ mTOR signal pathway in the pathogenesis of basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma by observing the expressions of Akt and mTOR in basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma,and their clinical significances.
目的:检测Akt和雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mammalian target of rapamycin,mTOR)在皮肤基底细胞癌(basal cell carcinoma,BCC)及鳞状细胞癌(squamous cell carcinoma,SCC)中的表达情况,探讨Akt/mTOR信号通路在BCC和SCC发病机制中的作用及其临床意义。

基底膜
basement membrane
即基膜，是上皮细胞基底面的一附着层膜。由糖蛋白、糖胺多糖和蛋白质等组成。基膜在构成上包括一层厚50～100nm的均质状物质，称基板(与上皮细胞基底面的细胞膜贴连）和基板深方的网板，它由均质状物质和网状纤维束组成。有时上皮的基底膜较薄，只有基板而无网板。基底膜具有支持和连接上皮组织和半透膜的作用。
