性质:也称同轴往复式螺杆成型机。用螺杆使得成型材料塑化,同时螺杆也起柱塞作用的注塑成型机。可用于热塑性塑料、橡胶、泡沫塑料等各种材料的成型。由于螺杆旋转将塑化的材料积蓄在机筒头部,螺杆在积料的反压下向后退到一定的位置,同时继续将新加入的物料输送到螺杆头部。达到设定的预塑量后,螺杆停止后退,在注射油缸的作用下像柱塞一样前进,将熔融物料射出。除了保持螺杆塑化的优点外,与螺杆预塑化注塑机相比具有结构简单、成型材料滞留少、不易分解、更换材料容易等优点。
