The media institutions changes in China, starting from the 19 century, are a process of evolution, as well as of the gradual development of history context.

Based on media richness theory and knowledge-based view,it proposes that media richness plays a moderating effect on the relationship between knowledge tacitness,complexity,specialty and knowledge transfer performance,and analyzes media richness moderating mechanism based on its criteria of feedback,multiple cues,language variety and personal focus in detail.

The study integrates emotion with consumer complaining behavior,which is viewed as a special communication task,and explores the influence of emotions of consumers who complain about the company on the complaint channel choice,based on media richness theory.

It is theoretically based on the media control theory in Communication and the constructivism theory in International Relations.
