2、在建筑工程的已经批准的基地范围内因施工需要而塔建的临时设施。但施工一结束，必须全部干静的拆除掉，不得遗留。凡是在建筑工程结束交付使用后仍遗留的施工工棚等，一律按照违章福建处理。
