A new kind of second-order nonlinear optical(NLO)hybrid material was synthesized via in situ sol-gel process with the chemical reagents of methyl methacrylate and tetraethyl orthosilicate as reactants,in addition to 4-[N-ethyl-N-(2-hydroxyethy)]amino-4 -nitro-azobenzene as NLO organic chromophore.
以4-[乙基-(2-羟乙基)胺]-4′-硝基偶氮苯(DR1) 为生色团,甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和正硅酸乙酯(TEOS) 为先体,通过原位溶胶-凝胶技术制备了新型的以 PMMA/SiO_2复合材料为掺杂基质的二阶非线性光学杂化材料,并运用提拉法在洁净的 ITO 导电玻璃上制备出均匀、透明的厚度为1μm 左右的杂化薄膜。

The NiO-MoO3/SiO2-Al2O3-TiO2 catalysts with different SiO2 contents and molar ratios of Ni/Mo were prepared by in-situ sol-gel method.
结果表明,原位溶胶-凝胶法制备的Ni基负载型催化剂的操作工艺简单,且不改变原载体的表面结构特征,通过表面涂硅处理及改变SiO2含量,达到调节催化剂酸强度的目的;MoO3的加入能够增加Ni原子的活性位,减弱其与载体的相互作用。
