Blake)的根,得左旋物,桑科植物腐榕(Ficus septica Forst. f.)得右旋物,消旋混合物可化学合成制得。左旋物有抗癌作用,对Ca-755MS淋巴肉瘤、W-256、P-388、L-1210等多种肿瘤均有较显著抑制作用。曾在临床用于治疗白血病,但发现对中枢神经系统有不可逆的毒性而停止使用。
