性质:煤或焦炭在制气或燃烧过程中形成炉渣的性能。与炉渣的熔点有密切的关系。决定于炉渣中主要成分的比值,比值愈大,熔点愈高。熔点低于1200℃的可认为是易熔炉渣,在1200~1350℃的是可熔炉渣,在1350-1500℃的是高熔点炉渣(灰分)。易熔炉渣会在炉栅上形成堵塞现象,使制气或燃烧过程发生困难。
