k旧ngshan Iaodong shengehanlu矿山劳动生产率(mine labour productivity) 矿山职工在单位时间(一般为一年)内生产的矿石(矿岩)数量(t)或产值。它是矿山的主要技术经济指标之一，主要取决于犷床赋存条件、采用的开采方式方法和生产工艺、生产能力、装备水平以及生产管理等因素。为便于分析企业生产和职工定员编制的合理性等，分别统计全员劳动生产率、生产工人劳动生产率、采矿全员劳动生产率、采矿(井下)工人劳动生产率等，计算各种劳动生产率时均以矿石年产量为分子，除以相应的人员数。有时还按产值计算产值劳动生产率，即年工业总产值除以全员人数(或生产工人数)。采选联合企业除计算企业全员劳动生产率和生产工人劳动生产率外，还分别计算采矿和选矿劳动生产率。矿山劳动生产率是一项综合指标，在条件类似的矿山中，该指标在一定程度上反映出矿山生产技术水平和管理水平。 (刘兴国)
