性质:在气速大于颗粒的自由沉降速度下进行流化,颗粒被气流带出,把气体与固体分离后,固体又循环回床层中所构成的流化床。它在工业上有很多用途。例如用于催化裂化,催化剂在提升管中被重油蒸气流化并输送,同时发生反应。在提升管顶部失活的催化剂与油气分离后进入另一个流化反应器(再生器),被空气流化并进行再生。再生后的催化剂又循环回提升管,构成一组循环流化床的催化裂化反应器。
