性质:以镍基、钴基、铁基高温合金为基体,以钨合金丝(W-ThO2、W-Re、W-Re+ThO、V-Hf、W-Re-Hf-C)增强的高温金属基复合材料。钨合金丝具有良好的高温性能,W-2%ThO丝1024℃时强度为1034MPa,100h的断裂应力为483MPa,W-Re-Hf丝为更高,1204℃强度为1937MPa,100h断裂应力为910MPa,而镍基、钴基高温合金具有良好的抗氧化及高温性能,它们组成的高温复合材料具有突出的高温性能,用于高性能航空发动机的叶片和构件。
