性质:以银及银合金为基体,以连续或短切碳纤维增强的银基复合材料。这种银基复合材料保持了银的良好导电导热性能,又由于高强度、高模量的纤维的加入提高了材料的室温和高温强度,弹性模量以及耐烧蚀性,是新一代的触点材料和大电流密度的电刷材料,用于惯性电机和武器系统,电流密度可达500A/cm2。用于电触头具有好的耐烧蚀性。其制造方法是将碳纤维与银粉混合或将碳纤维镀银并按一定方式排列及热压成复合材料或通过挤压成棒材。
