为建立马兜铃酸(Aristolochic acid,AA)肾病大鼠模型以及研究丹酚酸 B(Salvianolic acid B,SalB)对于马兜铃酸的干预作用,本实验分别采用了体内灌胃 SD 大鼠的方法并测定尿肾功能生化指标以及体外小鼠淋巴瘤细胞试验(Mouse Lymphoma Assay,MLA)微孔法。
