内毛细胞带状突触(ribbon synapse),是将声音信息传递给中枢神经系统的第一个传入神经突触,它在氨基糖甙类药物引起的听力损失过程中发挥的作用并没有得到关注。

毛细胞白血病
hairy cell leukemia

此病多见于老年人,但儿童期亦可见到,其发生约占白血病总数的2%。成人以慢性病程者多见,而小儿则多为急性病程。本病因其病理细胞表面有大量细绒毛出现而得名。临床表现为脾脏肿大明显,并可见到肝脏肿大及淋巴结增大。骨髓活检则表现为增生活跃,毛细胞占30%~90%。小儿时期的病程较短,一般只有3~10个月。化疗效果不好,脾切除可使生存期明显延长并能纠正全血细胞减少。
