Objective: Here we study the effect of electric acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training to the patients with spastic paralysis after apoplexy , in order to prevent from the symptomatology, reduce the lost symptom,and raise the life quality.
目的：本文探讨电针配合康复训练对脑梗死后肌痉挛状态的疗效，以防止并发症，减少后遗症，充分发挥残余功能，提高生活质量。

此种表现好发于小腿腓肠肌，于妊娠后期多见。常在夜间发作。痉挛发作时，应将痉挛下肢伸直使腓肠肌紧张，并行局部按摩，痉挛常能迅速缓解。已出现下肢痉挛的孕妇，应服用钙剂。
