主动特异性免疫治疗


有以下几种疫苗试用于肿瘤治疗:①修饰肿瘤细胞疫苗:是肿瘤患者的肿瘤细胞,经过放射线照射,病毒感染,紫外线照射或高温处理等,改变其致瘤性保留其免疫原性,加佐剂组成疫苗,但存在取材受限,病毒污染,个体限制等问题;②有效肿瘤抗原加佐剂制成疫苗:此疫苗可被T细胞识别,从而诱导机体免疫功能来杀伤瘤细胞,有人发现这种疫苗短期内可使肿瘤停止生长;③重组病毒疫苗:用人工合成肽与灭活病毒重组成疫苗,可对已知分子结构的特定抗原进行免疫性分析,分子重组后刺激T细胞,并可大量复制,该疫苗处于动物实验阶段;④抗独特型抗体疫苗等。北京医科大学人民医院妇科肿瘤中心制备的6B11,经动物实验证明有细胞免疫反应及体液免疫反应。其基因序列为国际上新发现。
