补气固表 治疗学术语。系补法之一。用补气药物治疗卫气不固，肌表疏泄的方法。卫气具有护卫肌表，防御外邪的功能。《灵枢·本脏》：“卫气和，则分肉解利，皮肤润柔，腠理致密矣。”卫气不固，则表虚自汗，易于感冒。可用黄芪、党参、白术、人参等药。方用玉屏风散等。
