Objective: To explore effect and mechanism of immunoregulation of Sishen recipe treats experimental colitis induced by trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid in mice.

The origin and successive changes of the prescription, Pill of Four Miraculous Drugs (Si Shen Wan, 四神丸) was researched by document investigation, pharmacodynamic action and mechanisms of this prescription in inhibiting diarrhea was studied systematically and detailed by animal experiment.

The results showed that: amorphous zirconia former body can be obtained by the supercritical CO2 microemulsion process,zirconia former body turned to a single tetragonal zirconia when calcined at 550 ℃,and the samples turned into a single phase of monoclinic zirconia at 900 ℃.
