药理作用： 实验性前列腺增生小鼠饲以本品30日以后，腺体重量明显减轻，镜检发现已增生的腺体发生改变，腺腔增大，体积缩小，内分泌调节功能改善。
适应症： 前列腺增生患者服用本品后，临床症状如尿频、排尿困难、尿后滴沥、尿痛、尿急均有明显改善，经检查发现前列腺有不同程度的缩小，残尿量显著减少，性功能障碍、神经衰弱、失眠等症状有一定改善。对前列腺炎本品亦有较好疗效。
用法用量： 口服，每次3～4片（粒），1日3次。以1个月为1疗程，一般可服3～4个疗程。
不良反应：
注意事项： 少数患者用药后有轻度便溏，但不影响继续治疗。
规格： 每片含主药0.5g。另有前列康胶囊：每粒含主药0.35g。
