根据Genbank上发表的牛肌生成抑制素(MSTN)基因编码序列设计引物,以牛肌细胞总RNA 为模板,采用RT-PCR方法克隆到编码肌肉生成抑制素成熟蛋白基因,并经DNA序列测定,产物全长1128bp,编码375氨基酸序列,并经序列分析,与牛MSTN基因序列的同源性高达99%;与猪 MSTN基因序列的同源性为94。
