The trial is designed to observe the effect of diet supplemented different levels of Se(Se-yeast) on anti-heat stress ability and anti-oxidized ability of Chai-hens.
在日粮中添加不同水平的硒(Se-yeast),研究硒在鸡蛋中的生物富集特性及其对柴鸡生理生化指标和抗氧化能力的影响,并对其机理进行初步探讨,为酵母硒在热应激条件下对蛋鸡生产的影响提供理论依据。

1500 hens including green shell chicks, Hebei Domestic chicks, Nongda 3 chicks respectively, which were 35 weeks old and in good health and had no difference in body weight among the hens.
选取体重均匀、体况良好的35周龄绿壳蛋鸡、本地柴鸡、农大三号鸡各500只,每品种随机分为2组,一组采用半封闭式全阶梯笼养,一组采用草场围栏放养,饲喂相同饲料。
