润滑系统
发动机中供应滑油(润滑剂)的系统。用於向轴承和齿轮的摩擦面供给滑油﹐起冷却和润滑作用﹐防止零件锈蚀﹐并带走杂质。
润滑系统由油泵﹑油滤﹑喷嘴﹑油气分离器和散热器组成。油泵包括用於滑油增压的齿轮泵和收油的回油泵。回油中掺有大量空气﹐所以回油泵的总流量比增压泵要大几倍。油滤用於清除杂质﹐一般为网格式。增压油路内的油滤装有旁路活门﹐可在油滤堵塞或低温起动时保证正常供油。有时在回油泵前装有磁性堵头式检屑器﹐通过收集油中金属屑来发现磨损故障。喷嘴为直流式﹐高速轴承可以从轴承内环钻孔供油。油气分离器通常带有高速旋转转子﹐靠离心力将油和气分开。气较轻﹐可从转子中腔引往油箱上方。还有一种静止的板式油气分离器。散热器是用燃油或空气冷却滑油的装置。
滑油系统分为闭式和开式两种。在闭式润滑系统中﹐散热后的滑油全部返回油箱﹐可继续冷却。在有的润滑系统中﹐散热后的滑油直接流向增压泵进口处﹐不返回油箱。在开式润滑系统中﹐用过的滑油全部排往机外﹐可省去回油泵等附件﹐但耗油增大﹐适於短时工作的发动机。
润滑系统用的工作介质是润滑剂﹐航空发动机上使用的油类润滑剂又称滑油。滑油有矿物油和合成油两类(见润滑材料)。
