dlanyuan youhuO shuxue moxing电派优化数学模型(叩timalmodel of Power sourees Planning)mathematieal 将电力系统电源发展规划中的电源优化问题用数学形式表达，归结为一组能够求解的数学方程式。其目的是根据电力系统负荷预测，在已知可能开发的待选电源点的基础上，寻求一个或几个满足运行可靠性等条件的最经济的电源开发方案.确定何种类型和容量的发电机组在何时何处投人运行。电源优化模型的研究工作始于2。世纪60年代。许多国家相继开发了一些电源优化数学模型，如美国西屋公司(WH)、法国电力公司(EDF)及中国有关高等院校和科研单位等。这些数学模型都可对电源优化做出定量分析，但有的模型没有计及电源和负荷的分布，有的没有考虑发电厂在日负荷曲线上工作位置不同的影响等。因此采用时应注意使用条件。 结构电源优化数学模型的核心为电源投资决策模型及生产优化模型两部分。典型的模型结构如图所不。负碑徽据现有电厂橄姻11规划电厂橄招方案组合引引引引引到傀生产优化核型 动态规划(投资决策徽型)抓的束、、道条件检脸了/ l是抽出报告 典型模型结构图 电源投资决策模型确定电源的类型、容量及投人运行进度等，从而给出最优的电源规划方案。在决策过程中要考虑主要运行条件的约束及运行费用的影响。决策目标函数为规划期内各年投资费用及年运行费用现值的总和为最小。决策变量是各台机组的投人运行时间。主要约束条件为:①电力平衡;②电量平衡;③各电厂的建设期限和装机进度;④地理位置和环境保护条件。 生产优化模型在考虑发电机组计划检修及随机故障停运等情况下安排各电厂的运行计划，确定各电厂的发电量，以使得全系统的运行费用最低。生产优化模型的目标函数为规划期内各年的燃料费用最小，决策变量为各电厂的发电量。主要约束条件为:①各电厂发电出力的上、下限;②各电厂的年最大发电量;③系统运行的可靠性;④系统分区电力、电量平衡及主要联络线输送容量的限制。生产优化模型还可以计算规划方案运行的技术经济指标，检验方案的可行性。如果规划方案不可行，生产优化模型可发出有关信息.反馈到电源投资决策模型中去重新进行优化。 解法电源优化数学模型是一个高维、整数型数学规划问题，一般用动态规划、整数规划、启发式规划方法及分解协调技术求解。由于计算工作量极大，一般利用电子计算机求解。
