性质:无色或淡黄色油状液体。气味温和,有催泪性。凝固点-70℃,沸点158℃(0.53kPa),相对密度1.120(20/20℃),折射率1.520,闪点165.5℃,粘度13mPa·s。不溶于水,溶于乙醇、乙醚、丙酮、苯等有机溶剂,在矿物油、甘油、乙二醇中部分溶解。

制备方法:苯酐与液碱反应生成邻苯二甲酸钠盐,再与氯丙烯40-60℃,常压下酯化而得粗品。经过滤,中和、水洗、减压蒸馏,即为成品。原料消耗定额:苯酐(≥90%)780kg/t、氯丙烯(≥95)1060kg/t、液碱(40%)1080kg/t。

用途:本品为反应型增塑剂,主要用于制备邻苯二甲酸二异丙酯树酯,用作不饱和聚酯树酯的交联剂,纤维素树酯的增强剂。和用作在不加抑制剂时即能自行聚合的树脂类的增塑剂。
