The impact of entrepreneurial prior working experience on new technological venture's initial performance

Using data from 103 early stage technological new ventures who applied for "Tianjin technological small and medium business innovation fund programme", we empirically examined the impact of entrepreneurial prior working experience on new ventures’ initial performance.

From the view of initial entrepreneurial team,it empirically examines the impact of prior experience on the performance of new technology enterprises in early stage,using data from 103 early stage technological new ventures which applied for "Tianjin technological small and medium business innovation fund program".

This paper tallied up the working experience in practice,put forward the difficulty of the supervision of occupational health existence in China currently,such as value wasn t e.
