Through analyzing 1000 big grain production households in Jiangxi Province in 2005,the authors find that the grain production benefits of these big grain production households show positive correlativity with the scale of grain business,areas using machine in harvesting and numbers of family members,and weak relativity with the education level,gender,age of the household.

China would face the problem that the foundation would be broken by the trend that quantity of farmland constantly became more little than ever,the productivity of it and the benefit of planting foods was low,as a result of industrialization and urbanization.
